Grappa di Dolcetto

The Montanaro distillery was founded in 1885 by Francesco Trussoni, who had the genius idea of distilling marcs from a single wine. The distillery will experience a new boom from 1922 under the aegis of the Montanaro family who will perfect the production process in close collaboration with the Wine School of Alba.

In the mouth it is full-bodied and rounded. It has the perfect balance between the warmth of alcohol and the aroma of Dolcetto. Very elegant and harmonious.
