Tres Volcanes

Full-bodied rich dry white wine with deep straw-yellow color and green tears. Spurting exuberant nose full of flint and stone fruit, fresh herbs, notes of butter and brioche, but especially minerality, still fairly closed first. Distinguished flavor onset with punchy acids and again plenty of flint in the aftertaste.
