Grand Maitre 2023

Produced under the exclusive appointment of the Maltese Association Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Grand Maître is an exceptional wine that pays homage to a different Grand Master in chronological order. The 2023 vintage is dedicated to Fra' Francisco Ximenes de Texada, the 69th Grand Master of the Order of Malta.

Grand Maitre is crafted from a premium blend of hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, carefully harvested from our privately owned estate, Għajn Riħana, nestled in the serene foothills between Bidnija and Wardija. It is the epitome of our commitment to quality and winemaking.

Deep in ruby color, with concentrated aromas of black cherry and black plum, balanced by elements of sweet spice and cedar. The palate is very structured, with velvety tannins and a full body, ending on notes of vanilla and blackberries.
