Heavensake Junmai Ginjo

Heavensake is a composition by acclaimed french cellar master, Régis Camus, in collaboration with Japan’s most respected sake breweries. 

In collaboration with Katsuyama Brewing Company, this Junmai Ginjo is produced. Founded in 1688, this sake brewery was born to slake the thirst of the feudal lords of the Sendai domain. Using the technique of assemblage, Heavensake's Régis Camus blends various batches of Katsuyama sake to create an exceptionally smooth 

The signature teardrop bottle is bright in color with citrus-y aroma that gives way to a lightly sweet honeycomb and tropical fruit flavors.
