Johnnie Walker King George V Lunar New Year

As the world’s most widely distributed blended Scotch whisky, selling over 130 million bottles a year, Johnnie Walker has a long and rich history. John Walker was a Scottish grocer based in Kilmarnock who, despite being tee-total himself, produced and sold a brand of whisky called Walker’s Kilmarnock Whisky.

The Lunar New Year design created by Chinese artist Shan Jiang features a stunning illustration of the Bai Ze, a mythical creature that symbolizes virtuousness, nobility and protection from evil. This elegantly rich and creamy whisky has rarity reflected in every drop and is the perfect gift to mark this Lunar New Year. 

Sweet, smoky aromas from Port Ellen greet you. It’s followed by notes of orange, raisins, figs and cinnamon.
