Since 1743 when it was founded, Moët & Chandon has been passing down unequaled winemaking savoir-faire and an innovative and pioneering spirit from generation to generation. Claude Moët, its founder, was the first person to embody these values when he made his Champagne the most sought-after in Europe. With his grandson, Jean Remy Moët, a pioneering and visionary mind, Moët & Chandon became a major international champagne brand. This saga quickly transformed the family House into a worldwide symbol of success.
Moet & Chandon MCIII Multi Vintage Champagne was born from a desire to capture the diverse qualities of three distinct wine-ageing environments in a single harmoniously complex champagne. The three environments involved in each layer of MCIII, metal, wood and glass, are vital to the champagne's success. Winemakers blended still wines aged in stainless steel vats, bringing richness, with oak-aged Grand Vintage wines, providing elegance and Grand Vintage champagne ageing in glass bottles allowing incredible freshness.
The complex fragrance reveals itself gradually, layer by layer, as families of aromas seamlessly follow one another in smooth succession. First come mature, darker, warm, sweet notes of coffee, malt, mocha, praline, licorice, Tonka bean, pecan, ripened wheat and Viennese pastry.
