Langhe Nebbiolo

Ferdinando Principiano started in 1993, with 7 hectares from his father and grandfather; he now owns and farms 21 hectares. All farming is uncertified organic, but he goes way beyond the normal organic practices and is obsessed with preserving or creating the conditions for biodiversity in and around his vineyards. Ferdinando has invented a unique and personal approach both in the vineyard and in the cellar: he still presses the grapes with his feet and keeps the stalks in the must, uses only indigenous yeasts and carries out manual pumping over. Ferdinando is producing elegant wines with a watermark of traditional Barolo terroir.

Vinous and particularly fruity on the nose, it already proves with the olfactory of being a young and lively wine. Disruptive to the taste, but still elegant, it is juicy and easy to drink, with a light balsamic touch that embellishes the closure.
