Cascina Vèngore is a natural amphitheater in the heart of DOCG Terre Alfieri in Piemonte, representing the ideal synthesis of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. A realm of biodiversity with 100% organic cultivation, which embraces 26 hectares in one single plot around a traditional Piedmontese farmhouse.
According to popular rural wisdom, “San Romè” (Saint Remigius) protects the vineyards lovingly tended by human hands that tame nature while maintaining its vigour.
Brilliant yellow color, with fresh, minerally aromas evoking notes of white peach, citrus and grapefruit. Striking freshness and a subtle sapidity on the palate. The slight almondy note in the finish is typical of the grape variety.
