The GlenAllachie Single Cask 2007 15 Year Old Batch 6 is a premium sixth expression of single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside region. It is a limited edition of 705 whiskies, specially crafted for Europe and personally selected by Billy Walker. Known for his expertise in sherry cask maturation, hand selected this PX Puncheon cask number #804408 for bottling. A sweeter style of Sherry from Jerez, a city in the Spanish province of Cadiz. Pedro Ximenez (PX) offers sweeter, deeper flavors with raisins and warm spice.

Clean and focused notes of toasted oak and raisins. A hint of black pepper adds a spicy edge, while creamy vanilla softens the profile. Superbly smooth and full-bodied. Deep and rich fruity sweetness, with the dominant notes of raisins complemented by the luscious flavors of figs and dates.
