Ronco delle Acacie

Le Vigne di Zamò is a family owned winery located in Manzano, one of the most renewed winegrowing areas in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Began life in 1978 when the Zamò family purchased 10 hectares of vineyards. The company is fortunate to draw from three different terroirs that give the wines different and unique characters and personalities. The Zamò family has been cultivating the land through generations all united under the same goal: cultivating the land and making wine as a sign of civilization and respect for their origins and traditions. For years, the Zamò family has been conducting cultivation with sustainability-conscious methods.

The most ripe grapes in the field are selected for Ronco delle Acacie, and then another 50% is sorted from the winery - and the result is deep and lively white wine, where the taste really reflects that the wine has been decided - packed with ripe stone fruit, sweet spice from the dish and an almost caramel-like creaminess. Burgundy may be the model, but it tastes like its own.
