Stolichnaya Elit

Stolichnaya started out as a Russian brand in the former Soviet Union, though there is even some disagreement about when exactly it started. But in recent years, the vodka has been produced in Latvia by the Luxembourg-based Stoli Group. Over the last 80 years, the Stolichnaya business has been consistent with the quality and quantity of its liqueur. The Stolichnaya is a crystal clear spirit, made from pure spring water and filtered about four times. 

Elit is the standard bearer for high quality vodka rich in taste and clarity. With -18 degrees freeze-filtering technology inspired by ancient vodka-making discoveries, distillers precisely control all aspects of production before the finished liquid is bottled by hand, pushing the limits of what it means to be vodka. Dry, clean aromas. Slightly grainy. Hints of woody notes. Hints of charcoal meld with an oily, creamy palate. Very supple and refined. Long, becomes slightly sweet finish.
