Produced entirely from handpicked grapes harvested in family owned vineyards in Gozo, this fine fruit-driven full bodied wine is very delicate on the palate with ripe tannins and soft fruity aromas reminiscent of blackcurrants, plums and a hint of peppery spice. Ideal with game, roasts, rich pasta dishes, spicy food and cheese. Serve between 18°C- 20°C.
