Etna Bianco

Lying north of Etna, Europe’s most active volcano, in an ancient winemaking area, the Graci winery only works with native varieties. With a particular focus on sustainability both in the vineyard and in the winery. As a result, they produce inspiring wines that showcase the natural expression of a large volcanic area. Cultivation of vineyards is certified organic, with careful selections and search for full maturity, limiting the yields in the vineyard to a minimum. The approach in the winery is rigorous, in search of precision and finesse.

A wine that embodies the essence of Sicily, an olfactory paradigm of Sicilian identity with its citrus and summer fruit, the sweet and sunny notes of its flowers, aromatic herbs with capers and olives, and the warm, salty sensations of the sea.
