Falanghina

Antica Enotria is located in Cerignola, Apulia, where sun and sea shape a unique terroir. The winery is housed in the historic Contessa Staffa farm, dating back to 1700. Founded in 1993 by Raffaele and his wife Addolorata, Antica Enotria was born from a dream of cultivating fertile land. On untouched soils, they chose to grow 40 hectares of vineyards and vegetables organically—without synthetic chemicals or GMOs. Their agrobiological approach enriches the soil naturally, using green manure and plants like clover, mustard, and legumes.

A brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections, this wine opens with a fresh, mineral-laced bouquet of tropical fruits like pineapple and banana, layered with aromatic notes of basil, sage, tomato leaf, and delicate acacia honey, unfolding on the palate with fullness and savory depth, and finishing long on vibrant citrus and a refined hint of almond.
