This 12‑year‑old Highland malt from the Discovery range, matured predominantly in ex‑bourbon casks, offers a bright, inviting nose of green apple, pear and citrus peel with creamy vanilla and honey sweetness, backed by faint coconut and soft oak notes; the palate is smooth and fruity, featuring juicy peach, melon and tropical fruit hints layered with vanilla cream and subtle spice, while the finish is medium, clean and gently sweet with lingering citrus, oak and vanilla that highlight Tomatin’s naturally soft, elegant character.
