Honjirushi Sakura Daiginjo Sake

Hokkan Brewing is a Japanese beverage company and sake producer founded in 1645 in Konosu, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. With nearly four centuries of brewing tradition, the company specializes in producing a wide range of sake—from everyday table sake to premium styles such as Daiginjo. 

Light golden in color, the nose opens with gentle aromas of vanilla and fresh apple layered over subtle rice notes and a delicate hint of pepper. On the palate it is fresh and crisp, delivering a short but lively burst of fruit—primarily apple, complemented by touches of pineapple and soft stone fruit—creating a clean, light, and refreshing impression.
