Gekkeikan Daiginjo Sake

Gekkeikan Sake Company is one of Japan’s oldest and most renowned sake producers, founded in 1637 by Jiemon Okura in the historic brewing district of Fushimi, Kyoto, Japan. Still operated by the Okura family after more than fourteen generations, the company has played a major role in modernizing sake production while preserving traditional brewing methods

Very aromatic with flavors of apple, pear, bubblegum, melon, and cotton candy. Good acidity and astringency give this sake a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.
