Distilleria Sibona is one of the oldest and most respected grappa producers in Piedmont, Italy, founded over a century ago in the Roero area near Alba. The distillery is especially known for holding the historic distillation license No. 1 issued by the Italian authorities, a symbol of its prestige and long tradition. Sibona specializes in artisanal single-varietal grappas made from fresh pomace of top Piedmont grapes using careful steam distillation and long barrel aging.

The Sibona Cassetto Grappa di Barolo combines one of the distillery’s classic aged Nebbiolo grappas with an elegant drawer-style luxury presentation set, including tasting glasses and premium packaging intended for gifting or collectors.

In the glass it shows a pale amber color with an intense, elegant bouquet of spice, vanilla, dried fruit, honey, toasted oak, cocoa, tobacco, plum, and ripe baked fruit. On the palate it is mature, velvety, warm, and exceptionally balanced, with layered notes of caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, black fruit, soft pepper, and harmonious wood spice leading into a long lingering finish.
