Distilleria Sibona is one of the oldest and most respected grappa producers in Piedmont, Italy, founded over a century ago in the Roero area near Alba. The distillery is especially known for holding the historic distillation license No. 1 issued by the Italian authorities, a symbol of its prestige and long tradition. Sibona specializes in artisanal single-varietal grappas made from fresh pomace of top Piedmont grapes using careful steam distillation and long barrel aging.

It has a pale straw color and an intensely floral-fruity profile, with notes of elderflower, white peach, pear, mandarin, bergamot, orange blossom, honey, and toasted almond. On the palate it is smooth, soft, and rounded, showing rich fruit, delicate sweetness, and a long persistent finish with hints of lychee, vanilla, citrus peel, and floral spice.
