101 Marsovin Brut Rose

Marsovin is one of Malta’s best-established wineries, founded by Chevalier Anthony Cassar more than a century ago. What began as a small operation purchasing grapes from local farmers developed over successive generations into a modern winery with five private estates across Malta and Gozo. Today, the company is led by Jeremy Cassar, the founder’s great-grandson, and its historic cellars house more than 220 oak barrels used for ageing premium red wines.

This was produced using both Gellewza and Chardonnay, using the traditional rose wine making method used in other regions around the world such as Champagne, Franciacorta, Trentino and many others.

Wine has a fine natural sparkle, a complex and elegant bouquet with lingering floral and fragrant berry notes. This wine is being released as Special edition 101, representing the number of years since the winery was first established.
