Albariño Sobre Lias

Albariño A2O is a vibrant expression of 100% Albariño crafted in the cool, Atlantic-influenced subregion of Val do Salnés. Fermented in stainless steel and matured sobre lías (on its fine lees), the wine gains added texture and complexity while preserving the fresh varietal character typical of Albariño. This ageing process enhances roundness and mouthfeel, giving the wine greater depth while maintaining its lively, maritime freshness.

In the glass it shows a pale straw colour with bright reflections. The nose is clean and aromatic, revealing notes of ripe peach, melon and delicate honey, often accompanied by subtle floral and citrus hints. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with crisp acidity supporting generous fruit flavours and the gentle creaminess derived from its time on the lees. The finish is smooth, lingering and lightly honeyed, with a refined mineral touch that reflects the coastal terroir.
