Cusumano wines come from premium sites all over Sicily, and are produced at the Partinico (straight west of Palermo) based family winery by third generation. Crafting wines of the ‘new’ Sicily typified by outstanding varietal expression, rich flavors, and a sensuality that could only be born under the Sicilian sun.

Pure Nerello Mascalese, 100-year-old vineyards grown as saplings at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level in the Feudo di Mezzo district.

Elegant and savory, this focused red wine has aromas of wild berry, blue flower, underbrush and dark spice. The radiant palate has great energy, delivering juicy Morello cherry, licorice and tobacco alongside lithe, fine-grained tannins that give it a rather drying finish. Bright acidity keeps it well balanced.
