Fidora Wines is a family-owned winery based in the Veneto region of Italy, with roots dating back to 1927 when the Fidora family acquired the historic Civranetta estate near Venice. Today led by fourth-generation winemaker Emilio Fidora, the estate is recognized as one of the pioneers of organic viticulture in the region, having converted to organic farming as early as 1974 and later embracing biodynamic practices with Demeter certification. Guided by a philosophy centered on biodiversity, sustainability, and a self-sustaining agricultural ecosystem, Fidora aims to craft wines that reflect the purity of their terroir while preserving the natural environment for future generations.

Deep garnet-ruby in color, this Amarone opens with intense aromas of dried cherry, plum, and dark berries layered with notes of cocoa, sweet spice, and subtle tobacco. The palate is rich, full-bodied, and velvety, showing concentrated flavors of ripe and dried fruits, dark chocolate, and spice, supported by firm yet refined tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is long, warm, and complex, highlighting the depth and elegance characteristic of Amarone made from carefully dried grapes and extended oak aging of up to 50 months.
