Thymiopoulos family has been in agriculture and grape-growing in the village of Trilofos for generations. Apostolos Thymiopoulos was the first to vinify the family vineyards while studying oenology. He truly believes in sustainable winegrowing and minimum intervention during the whole winemaking process. 

Bright ruby ​​color with subtle purple hues in the glass. Not at all shy nose. Strawberry, pomegranate, cherry and blackcurrant impress with their intensity and purity. Leather, green pepper and licorice follow. Cool mouth, moderate volume, full of red fruits. The soft, velvety tannins and sweetness of alcohol make the fruit even more lively in the mouth, with strawberry, sour cherry, cherry and blueberry having a field day. The good length aftertaste leaves a fruity and refreshing mouthfeel.
