Vigne De L’Enfant Jesus

Bouchard Père et Fils is a sizable and historic Burgundy wine estate, based in Beaune. The largest vineyard owner in the Côte d'Or, it produces more than 100 wines mostly made from Pinot Noir or Chardonnay. These unique and exceptional holdings enable them to produce very pure expressions of the many different terroirs. This producer and négociant business is one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy, founded in 1731. 

One of the legendary wines of the Beaune appellation is Beaune Greves Vigne de L’Enfant Jésus a signature wine from Bouchard Pere et Fils. As the name suggests the vineyard is located inside the vast Beaune Greves vineyard – one of the best 1er crus of Beaune – and the Vigne de L’Enfant Jésus plot is located in what is widely considered the best part of Beaune Greves. 

Wine has a beautiful intense ruby ​​color. The nose evokes very ripe red and black fruits. The mouth is silky, elegant. Impressive concentration to the medium weight flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the ever-so-slightly warm and very firm finish.
