Ca' del Bosco is a sparkling wine producer in the Franciacorta DOCG of Lombardy. It is regarded as one of Italy's best sparkling wine houses, and makes a wide range of wines made in the traditional (Champagne) classic style. Ca' del Bosco was founded when Annamaria Clementi moved to Erbusco (between Bergamo and Brescia), bought a small hillside house called Ca'del Bosc with two hectares (five acres) of land and planted vines. The first wine was produced in 1972. 

Satèn, meaning ‘silk’ in Italian, is unique to the Franciacorta region. Satèn is unlike other sparkling wines as it has less pressure in the bottle. Gentle, creamy and silky. 

A pale yellow color with a very fine and persistent perlage, at the nose is intense with fruity pineapple and peach notes that blend with honey and bread crust. In mouth is soft, creamy and very balanced with a surprising freshness.
