Azienda Agricola Campogrande is located in the village of Riomaggiore, on the highest part of the hill called Serra. Cinqueterre is home to some of the steepest vineyards in the world, and it is without a doubt one of the most picturesque. The soil there is a thin layer of sandy top soil making way to a base of stone and granite that make up the rocky hillsides of Cinqueterre. Harvesting is all by hand, and the vines are planted with optimum exposure to the sea. The project is run by the famous Barolo producer Elio Altare, who worked in the Piedmont region in the 80s and then came to Liguria with the aim of showcasing all the local secrets.
Named after the famous Florentine painter Telemaco Signorini who loved Riomaggiore.
A white wine with a straw and golden color. Aromas reminiscent of lemon, hazelnut, apple, floral aromas. Sapid and mineral.
