Sauvignon Blanc Cefiro

Cefiro Sauvignon Blanc from Viña Casablanca is produced in Chile’s renowned Casablanca Valley, a cool-climate region strongly influenced by the nearby Pacific Ocean. The coastal breezes and morning fogs help preserve the grape’s natural freshness and aromatic intensity, allowing the wine to express a vibrant and fruit-driven style typical of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and vinified without oak, Cefiro focuses on purity of fruit and crisp, refreshing character.

In the glass it shows a pale straw color with greenish reflections. The nose is lively and aromatic, offering notes of grapefruit, lime and passion fruit with hints of tropical fruit, fresh herbs and subtle citrus blossom. On the palate it is light-bodied and refreshing, with bright acidity and flavors of exotic citrus and gooseberry supported by a delicate mineral edge. The finish is clean, crisp and persistent, making it an easy-drinking wine.
