Celene Amethyste Blanc de Noirs

Celene winery is located in the small village of Haux in Bordeaux’s Entre-deux-Mers area, and has been making sensational Cremant de Bordeaux since 1947. Although Bordeaux is best known for its intense red wines, the venerable wine region also produces these delicious sparkling wines using the same method used to make Champagne in northern France.

This wine is ripe and fruity, with a creamy character and notes of pear, peach, raspberry and toast. The acidity and the fruits are maturing well, giving the wine richness and depth of flavor.
