Chablis

Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre is a family-run wine estate in Chablis, Burgundy (France), with deep roots dating back to 1745 and officially established under its current name in 2004 by Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre, both trained oenologists. The domaine farms around 50–53 hectares of vineyards on classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Their style is defined by fresh, precise, mineral-driven Chardonnay with emphasis on terroir expression and purity, using mostly stainless-steel vinification with minimal oak influence and sustainable viticulture practices.

Shows a classic, precise style: the nose is fresh and expressive with green apple, ripe pear, citrus (lemon and grapefruit) and a distinct flinty, chalky minerality. On the palate it is dry, crisp and energetic, medium-bodied, with clean acidity and a saline, limestone-driven edge that carries through to a focused finish; overall it’s more about purity and tension than richness.
