Chablis Vieilles Vignes

Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre is a family-run wine estate in Chablis, Burgundy (France), with deep roots dating back to 1745 and officially established under its current name in 2004 by Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre, both trained oenologists. The domaine farms around 50–53 hectares of vineyards on classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Their style is defined by fresh, precise, mineral-driven Chardonnay with emphasis on terroir expression and purity, using mostly stainless-steel vinification with minimal oak influence and sustainable viticulture practices.

The 2023 Chablis Vieilles Vignes from Domaine Fèvre offers aromas of ripe lemon, green apple and white flowers with subtle chalky minerality. The palate is fresh and focused, combining crisp citrus fruit with lively acidity and a clean, saline finish characteristic of classic Chablis.
