Chateau La Rose Saint Germain Rouge

Château La Rose Saint-Germain belongs to the Ducourt family, whose winemaking history in Bordeaux dates back to 1858, when the family settled at Château des Combes in Ladaux. Today, Famille Ducourt manages a substantial collection of estates across the Entre-Deux-Mers and Saint-Émilion areas. Château La Rose Saint-Germain was acquired by the family in 1971 and takes its name from its location between the locality known as “La Rose” and the remains of the historic Saint-Germain de Campet church.

Deep ruby in colour, the wine offers aromas of ripe fruit and redcurrant, complemented by lightly spicy notes. The palate is smooth and balanced, with supple tannins and a pleasant fruit-driven character. The finish is clean and harmonious, retaining the wine’s ripe fruit and gentle spice.
