Château Lafon Rochet

Château Lafon-Rochet is a wine producer located in Saint-Estèphe, the northernmost appellation in the Medoc. Cabernet Sauvignon is planted in the vineyards, along with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wines are made in either a Merlot or Cabernet dominant style depending on the vintage. The property dates back to the 17th Century and was given fourth growth status in the 1855 Classification.

The 2021 Lafon-Rochet offers up aromas of cassis, licorice and pencil shavings, followed by a medium-bodied, supple and charming palate that's seamless and harmonious, framed by soft, powdery tannins, concluding with a minty finish.
