Marisol Rubio is a family brand. It belongs to the name of a mother, a loving, thoughtful, sensitive woman committed to giving her best. Five generations. We were born among vineyards, olive groves, and grain crops, in a small village in Toledo called Villanueva de Alcardete. The estate covers an area of ​​approximately 25 hectares and sits at an altitude of 837 meters. The estate is divided into different areas, which are cultivated and harvested separately according to varietal catalog, ranging from the most native typology of the area, Airen, to the most innovative, Pedro Ximénez.

The pressing is carried out in a traditional horizontal wooden press, from which the free-run juice is extracted from the first run and transferred to new 225-litre barrels where the wine undergoes weekly battonage (aging on lees) until a few weeks before bottling. 

Clean and bright golden color with lemon reflections. Good intensity and powerful, clean and frank aromatic set of aniseed aromas (fennel and coriander), along with notes of white flowers (jasmine) and white fruits (ripe golden apple). Swirling the glass increases the intensity and aromas of ripe tropical fruits appear (pineapple, passion fruit, white peach and guava), also emerging mineral features reminiscent of chalk and smoky notes.
