Clos L’Hermitage Lalande De Pomerol

Clos l’Hermitage is associated with Domaine de Picardan and the Bertin family in Lalande-de-Pomerol. The Bertin family’s history at Dallau dates back to 1742, giving the property deep roots in the region’s wine-growing tradition. The estate is small in scale, allowing production to remain closely focused on the character of its Merlot- and Cabernet Franc-based vineyards.

The wine offers generous aromas of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and red fruits, complemented by floral, spicy and lightly toasted nuances. The palate is rounded and concentrated, with supple dark fruit supported by fine tannins and fresh acidity. Subtle notes of vanilla, spice and cocoa can develop through the finish, giving the wine a smooth, structured and persistent character.
