Copper in the Clouds Flowerbomb Gin

Created in 'The Distillery at Dowsett's Farm', Copper in the Clouds is a small company creating premium Gins in Hertfordshire. Historically, Hertfordshire (a county just to the north of London) was the hunting ground of the British Royal family, and is still relatively rural with numerous forests. They create their gins using locally sourced premium wheat spirit. Where possible, they use locally grown and sourced botanicals.

The local flora around Hertfordshire, and the farm in Ware is what inspired this gin. The floral beauty of the wild meadows in springtime. A whole range of botanicals are used in its creation, geranium, lavender, calendula, rose petals, orange blossom and chamomile all just some of them.
