Copper in the Clouds Hertfordshire Dry Gin

Created in 'The Distillery at Dowsett's Farm', Copper in the Clouds is a small company creating premium Gins in Hertfordshire. Historically, Hertfordshire (a county just to the north of London) was the hunting ground of the British Royal family, and is still relatively rural with numerous forests. They create their gins using locally sourced premium wheat spirit. Where possible, they use locally grown and sourced botanicals.

They have utilized distillery grown lemon balm and lemon vernena - which gives earthy, vegetal notes. Locally sourced Hertfordshire Lavender ensures an elegant floral note. There is also a touch of smoke and spice from black and green cardamom.
