Copper in the Clouds Marmalade

Created in 'The Distillery at Dowsett's Farm', Copper in the Clouds is a small company creating premium Gins in Hertfordshire. Historically, Hertfordshire (a county just to the north of London) was the hunting ground of the British Royal family, and is still relatively rural with numerous forests. They create their gins using locally sourced premium wheat spirit. Where possible, they use locally grown and sourced botanicals.

This marmalade is handmade on site using pink grapefruit, Seville orange and blood orange peels. Five botanical gin recipe creates the perfect base for the marmalade to take centre stage.
