Straw yellow colour with green tint. Fresh persistent aroma with hints of floral and fresh fruit. Pleasantly dry, crisp, and harmonious. The yields are kept low to ensure quality of the fruit and results in greater concentrations and intensity of varietal characteristics in the wine.
