Vitteaut Alberti is a family-run Crémant de Bourgogne house based in Rully, Burgundy, known for crafting elegant traditional-method sparkling wines that balance freshness, finesse, and regional character. Founded in 1951, the producer specializes in Chardonnay- and Pinot Noir–based cuvées sourced from carefully selected vineyards across Burgundy.
Cuvée Agnes is a prestige Crémant de Bourgogne made from a blend of Chardonnay and Aligoté grown on limestone-clay soils in the Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune, produced using the traditional method with full malolactic fermentation and extended lees ageing.
In the glass, it shows a golden hue with fine, silky bubbles; the nose is fresh yet rich, combining citrus and white orchard fruit with subtle biscuity, nutty nuances, while the palate opens lively and crisp with notes of citrus and white peach before developing into deeper layers of hazelnut, honey, and light brioche, giving a rounded, structured mouthfeel balanced by freshness and finishing with finesse, harmony, and a gently creamy persistence.
