Grillo is fermented  and matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks, while Viognier is fermented in 3-year-old barriques and aged for 8 months with regular lees stirring.

A deep straw-yellow wine with a fruity aroma reminiscent of jasmine. The distinctly tropical aroma is enriched with delicate notes of mango and papaya. A well-structured, ample wine with a distinctly fruity flavor and a dry, fresh, citrus-y finish. Balanced and harmonious.
