Riedel Wine Glass Company is known for the creation and development specific stemware. The alluring Mamba decanter channels the vigor of the famous Black Mamba, the world's fastest snake. Released in 2011, it follows the serpentine Eve decanter (2008) and adds theatre to wine service. The Mamba is recommended for young wines as its coiled and upright stance creates a series of air pockets that "double decant" the wine. As the wine journeys through the curvaceous glass, it emits a gurgle: an aural reminder of the vigorous decanting due to its design.
