Pisco Italia

Demonio de los Andes Pisco is a Peruvian grape spirit made from the Italia grape (a highly aromatic Muscat-type variety). It’s produced by Tacama, one of the oldest wineries in South America, based in the Ica Valley, Peru. Distilled in accordance with traditional Peruvian methods, this pisco is unaged and bottled at around 40% ABV, preserving the pure essence of the grape.

On the nose, it offers an intensely aromatic bouquet of white flowers, jasmine, and fresh grapes, accompanied by bright citrus tones. The palate is smooth and vibrant, revealing flavors of lime, lemon zest, and tropical fruits such as lychee and melon, with subtle hints of peach and herbal nuances. Its texture is soft and balanced, leading to a clean, refreshing finish with lingering floral and fruity notes.
