Mezzacorona was founded in 1904 and was one of the first growers’ associations in Italy. Lies at the foot of the majestic Italian Dolomites with a cool, wild breeze comes from over 400 lakes and numerous surrounding mountain glaciers, reaching over 9000 feet. Thanks to a spectrum of microclimates, which come from the Mediterranean and the Alps, and benefiting from more than a century of winemaking experience, Mezzacorona has planted vineyards in the areas most suited to the needs of each variety, allowing them to display the aromas and flavors of the your terroir.

Dinotte Red Blend expresses the aromatic richness of two noble varietals of the Dolomites, Teroldego and Marzemino, combined with an international varietal, Merlot, for elegance and softness. Teroldego, with its profound flavors of red currants, blackberry, and blueberry, provides a full-bodied structure. Marzemino brings a pleasant juicy character that creates a soft, velvety, palate pleasing wine. The Red Blend is balanced with the addition of Merlot which was aged in lightly toasted French oak barrels to add aromatic notes of vanilla and toast.
