Domaine de la Solitude

Largely inspired from the production philosophy applied at Chevalier, the management of Olivier Bernard at La Solitude puts great emphasis on time and presents some similarities with the terroir of Chevalier.

With a very expressive nose of spices, cooked plum, Morello cherry, blackberry compote, as well as a touch of cedar, the Domaine de la Solitude 2019 has an equally aromatic mouth with a beautiful attack, finesse, a soft, juicy structure, with notes of black fruits, and a spicy finish for a very nice balance. It is a pleasant wine in a fruity style, to drink now and which will have good aging potential.
