Bechtheimer Riesling Troken

Coming exclusively from prime locations around Bechtheim, this is a village wine which reflects more the respective terroir. Skin contact for up to 48 hours with spontaneous fermentation in 20% wooden barrels & 80% stainless steel vats. After fermentation, the wine is left on its lees. This wine is smoky, yet tender & elegant, expressive & very mineral. The finish of this wine shines with its creaminess and fine citrus aromas. Certified Organic.
