Feudo Mondello Penne Rigate

Feudo Mondello is an artisanal Sicilian pasta maker rooted in tradition, purity, and the land. Owned by the Agosta family, the company farms its own fields in the Belìce Valley on a 270‑hectare estate, where wheat has been grown since the mid‑1800s. From grain to plate, Feudo Mondello controls the full chain. Their pasta is always wholemeal (“integrale”), naturally rough in texture so it holds sauce well, and made following sustainable farming practices.
