Fiano

Antica Enotria is located in Cerignola, Apulia, where sun and sea shape a unique terroir. The winery is housed in the historic Contessa Staffa farm, dating back to 1700. Founded in 1993 by Raffaele and his wife Addolorata, Antica Enotria was born from a dream of cultivating fertile land. On untouched soils, they chose to grow 40 hectares of vineyards and vegetables organically—without synthetic chemicals or GMOs. Their agrobiological approach enriches the soil naturally, using green manure and plants like clover, mustard, and legumes.

Antica Enotria Fiano is the organic white wine made with Fiano grapes. This wine expresses itself with finesse and energy, the intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. It smells of yellow flowers, peach and candied orange, while in the mouth it is tasty, full and citrus-y.
