Fiano

Antica Enotria is located in Cerignola, Apulia. The vines and fields extend from the inside towards the sea, a mix of landscapes made of sun and wind that offers a terroir unique in the world. The winery is located inside the ancient Contessa Staffa farm, a noble building dating back to 1700. Antica Enotria, founded in 1993 by Raffaele, with his wife Addolorata, following the dream of a fertile land that can give unexpected fruits. On these virgin soils they make a decision: to cultivate 40 hectares of vineyards and vegetables without using synthetic products and genetically modified organisms. Thus was born the idea of ​​the agrobiologically farm. Antica Enotria cultivates only with natural methods using only organic composted substances. It maintains and increases soil fertility thanks to green manure, adding specially sown plants such as clover, mustard and legumes to the soil.

Antica Enotria Fiano is the organic white wine made with Fiano grapes. This wine expresses itself with finesse and energy, the intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. It smells of yellow flowers, peach and candied orange, while in the mouth it is tasty, full and citrusy.
