Fitta Soave Classico

Marilisa Allegrini is part of one of the historic wine families of Veneto, long associated with elevating the reputation of Veneto wines and modern Italian winemaking. Villa della Torre aims to showcase the diversity of Verona’s wine regions through carefully selected vineyards and terroirs. This project focuses on expressing site-specific character, with attention to factors like volcanic soils, altitude, and indigenous grapes. 

The wine is aged for 6 months in concrete tanks to preserve purity and texture, followed by 2 months of bottle ageing, contributing to its harmony and integration.

Fittà Soave Classico is a 100% Garganega wine grown on volcanic basalt soils in the Soave Classico zone, which gives it a clear mineral signature. In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow color; the nose is elegant and floral, with notes of white peach, apricot, and delicate white flowers. On the palate it is dry and refined, marked by freshness, savory minerality, and a persistent, balanced finish often with a subtle almond nuance typical of the variety.
